Favorite new workout class? The RealRyder Cycling Studio, in Brentwood – Tara spins her wheels!

That’s right all you spinning fanatics, there’s a new bike in town, and it rocks!  I have taught everything from old school step and high intensity aerobics to kick boxing and hip-hop.  For some reason I could never really get in the spinning zone.  Until now.  The best thing about the REAL RYDER CYCLING CLASS is that the bikes move like real bikes!  The stationary bike leans from side to side and the handle bars turn right and left, just like your riding on the road.  Not only do you feel more flexible and mobile on this bike, but you actually get a killer core workout.  Because of this extra movement, every time the instructor had us lean our bikes to turn a corner, boy did my abs feel a burn.  Plus, the workout class boasts to burn 20% more calories compared to stationary bike.  Sold!

This is the evolution of spinning and if you are a bike enthusiast or spinner, you are going to love it!  It’s rumored that Rihanna has her own personal RealRyder bike that she uses with celebrity trainer Ary Nunez. And the boys of “Entourage” Adrian Grenier and Kevin Connolly are also huge fans.

JAGGER EDGE RESCUES NATASHA’S iPHONE FROM FASHION SUICIDE

At a wine tasting last night, coffee at Aroma this morning, then soccer practice this afternoon, there’s rarely a moment I’m without my most beloved companion. Twelve days post-op, I'm doing fantastically thanks to having found, after an intensive six year search, a surgeon whose excellence was not only in reconstruction, facile with the most advanced, cutting edge techniques to revise, contour and sculpt with subtlety and naturalness, but also an olymplian pro with eye for aesthetics.
