So how does it work?

Black Currant Seed Oil is an excellent source of GLA (stimulates healthy skin and hair growth and is a strong anti-inflammatory) and ALA (acts as an anti-inflammatory agent).
Sunflower seed oil contains Vitamin E and fatty acids that promote shiny hair and glowing skin. As an antioxidant, Vitamin E neutralizes free radicals that damage collagen and dry the skin. Research suggests that Vitamin E improves capillary growth, which increases follicle circulation and moisture for fuller hair that is free split ends.

I will admit, I was hesitant to try another home delivery food program. I am always disappointed! There is never enough to eat. It always tastes like cardboard. And I usually eat all my meals in one sitting. Fitness Kitchen LA recently relaunched and I was open to trying a couple of days and holy wow – YUM. 

It’s a healthy meal delivery service with a new updated meal program with à la carte options, a soon to come vegetarian plan and an updated user friendly website so it is super easy to order. But lets talk about the food – it was GREAT. I was not hungry. In fact, I had to call in to make sure they did not send me too much for one day!

I was pleasantly surprised by this nutritious chef-prepared delivery service!

The meals are based on a users’ health and fitness goals. Options include the newly renamed base plans: Trim, Maintain and Train. These plans all include four meals per day which vary in portion to accommodate the specific plan.

Additionally, Fitness Kitchen LA now also offers an à la carte menu as well as the new and improved VIP custom program.

The à la carte option offers users the opportunity to pick and choose which meals they would like delivered to them. A majority of the à la carte options are also available for purchase at various Earthbar locations in Los Angeles as well as at Body Energy Club in Hollywood.

The new VIP Custom option gives members a more tailored plan based on their own personal needs, ideal for those with any dietary restrictions.
